Mizuki 是Craft Studio Lazuli的陶藝家。
名稱「Lazuli」來自美麗的藍色半寶石lapis lazuli。Mizuki的作品常常融入這種迷人的藍色，展現她對陶瓷的熱情。
Mizuki的作品是我本次最喜歡的作品之一，她運用了練込技法（Nerikomi Technique），創造出一種讓人聯想到海浪和月光照射在海面上的感覺。非常浪漫而溫暖的作品，就像藝術家本人一樣。非常榮幸能在她瀨戶的工作室渡過愉快的時光~

Setoware is a type of Japanese pottery, stoneware, and ceramics produced in and around the city of Seto in Aichi Perfecture, Japan. It is one of the Six Ancient Kilns of Japan. The Japanese term for Seto ware is "setomono", which is also used as a generic term for all pottery, you can see the importance of Setoware to the Japanese pottery culture.
Craft Studio Lazuli is a small pottery workshop located in the mountains of Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Seto City has a long history as a pottery production area in Japan.
The pottery artist behind Craft Studio Lazuli is Mizuki. She creates pottery works by hand, one by one, using traditional techniques.
The name “Lazuli” comes from the beautiful blue semi-precious stone lapis lazuli. Mizuki’s works often incorporate this stunning blue color and reflect her passion for ceramics.
Mizuki's works were one of my favourites, her use of Nerikomi Technique created a pattern that reminiscences waves and the moon shining onto the sea. A very romantic and warm work, just like the artist herself. It has been a very welcoming and insightful visit to her studio in Seto.
