The theory is simple- the four sake cup shape is specially designed. The size and thickness of the rim, the curve of body impact the speed and amount of sake that flows into your mouth, thus highlights the different aspects of your sake.

Airy & Velvety So-shu (爽酒): Straight cup for sharp texture, refreshness and light tasting sake
