美濃燒（Minoyaki）是日本岐阜縣土岐市、多治見市、瑞浪市、可兒市等地生產的陶瓷器的統稱，這些地方在古代為美濃國。美濃燒的起源可以追溯到1300年前，為歷史悠久的傳統工藝。
 
Yoko Yoichi Yajima是我在Toki的Oribe Hills遇到的一位獨特的職人。他的作品具有現代感，視覺效果出色，非常適合日常使用。他在工作室的招牌作品是一個高跟鞋形狀的飲品器皿，非常有創意！更不用說他在名古屋、東京、台灣等地參加展覽的豐富經歷了。

Minoware is one of the major ceramics in Japan. It is from Toki City, Gifu Prefecture. It is considered that the history of Mino Ware was started about 1300 years ago.
 
Yoko Yoichi Yajima is a unique shokonin I have met in Oribe Hills Toki. The works are contemporary, visual catching and fit for daily use. His signature work at the workshop was a high-heel shaped drinkware, super creative! Not to mention his sound profile of participating in exhibitions throughout Nagoya, Tokyo Taiwan etc.
